In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 24kbet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login information.

24kbet reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

The 24kbet Platform accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 24kbet's discretion.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits, which 24kbet does not control.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person — are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your 24kbet Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 24kbet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 24kbet accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using Bonus Funds from a third-party source are not permitted. All deposited funds must represent legitimate personal funds from legal sources.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified payment method registered in the User's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals of real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being approved, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times.

• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the User before processing is completed, at which point the funds are returned to the Account Balance.
• 24kbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, including requests from Accounts that have not previously been verified.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• A bet is deemed accepted only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the User in their bet slip confirmation. Bets placed during periods of system error or odds feed failure may be voided at 24kbet's discretion.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet.

• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including significantly mispriced odds resulting from a data feed error — 24kbet reserves the right to void affected bets at the correct odds or at void.
• Match postponements, abandonments, and walkovers are settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In general, if a cricket match is not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided unless specified otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per day, as displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. These limits may vary by User Account based on individual betting history.

• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of event manipulation.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to access another User's Account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorisation.

24kbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Upon Account termination for cause, 24kbet may withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 24kbet may forfeit the Balance in its entirety. If no breach is established, the real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 24kbet support. Upon voluntary closure, all real-money Balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
